I'm a California artist who loves painting bold colorful florals, sassy women, murals and whatever inspires me in the moment. Sometimes I start out with a fully developed idea, but often the artwork reveals itself as I go. The materials I love include oils, acrylics, mark-making tools and decorative or repurposed papers. I'm also making custom art altars. Ask me about them!

My newest series is paintings and drawings of women with powerful sentiments to share. The first in the series, "This Will Not Stand," debuted at Verge's Open Studios Show in Sacramento in September 2024.

I was recently accepted into the upcoming PBS KVIE Art Auction, a first for me. I'm really excited about the oil painting I donated for the auction. It's one of a new DEPORTATION series about the fascist and racist federal actions that are ripping apart families while disappearing hardworking immigrants. I'll post my entry closer to the October auction.
